It’s a cliché, but it’s true. Summer Reading is still going. My momentum with the NaNoWriMo project hasn’t run dry yet.
It’s summertime and the sun is shining. I can’t complain.
Life is good. And I can’t say enough how very, very thankful I am for that. After 2020 and the pandemic, I hope all of us remember the unbridled splendor that comes from things just being.
I feel very blessed. I don’t think any of us take the time to really be thankful for what we have, even when what we have is simply the status quo.
It’s important, I think, to take some time to be thankful. Whether to God, or the universe, or fate, or just the moment in time that you can claim as your own.
So thank you for the status quo. Thank you for sunshine. Thank you for small steps of progress.
Life is good.
Thank you.
